To me the service bus applies if the bus lives in the cloud (as in ISB) or withing the enterprise (as in ESB) – it’s still a service bus. I think it possible that we’ll eventually see the service bus concept at even lower levels, as within applications and so on (as in ASB! You haven’t seen that before! ;) ).
